Ways to get involved​

Over the years our Stop Drowning Now curriculum and Safer 3 Message has impacted over 150,000 kids. You’re help makes an impact, but our work is not done.

Every day, approximately 10 people die from unintentional drowning. Of these, two are children age 14 or younger. But we see a future in which no one drowns.

With your gift to STOP DROWNING NOW, you have the opportunity prevent drowning through SDN’S water safety outreach programs.

  • We educate children in preschools and elementary schools through the Stop Drowning Now Water Safety Curriculum.
  • We educate school-aged children through our Stop Drowning Now Storyboards and School Assemblies.
  • We educate parents and caregivers with information to prevent drowning incidents in their families.
  • We educate communities by providing educational materials for their residents so that their neighborhoods are safer.
